    What is LevelUp?

    Hosted by Levelpath, LevelUp brings together forward-thinking leaders to explore real-world customer stories, see the newest product innovations, and take a deep-dive into the role of AI in procurement. It’s a high-energy, hands-on experience where learning, inspiration, and community come together. LevelUp is the place to learn, connect, and chart the path to delightful procurement.


    When and where is LevelUp?

    LevelUp will take place March 3–5 in San Francisco, California at the Contemporary Jewish Museum located at 736 Mission Street.

    Who is LevelUp for?

    LevelUp is designed for procurement and finance leaders, sourcing and vendor management teams, operations leaders, and anyone building modern purchasing experiences, and our Levelpath customers and partners.

    Is this event only for Levelpath customers?

    No. While you will hear directly from Levelpath customers, LevelUp is open to anyone interested in modernizing procurement and exploring practical AI applications.

    What can I expect at LevelUp?

    Expect a mix of:

    • Customer stories (what’s working, what they do differently, measurable outcomes)

    • Product innovation (new releases, roadmap, and live demos)

    • Hands-on sessions (workshops, roundtables, practical playbooks)

    • AI in procurement deep-dives (real use cases, governance, adoption tips)

    • Community (networking, peer connections)


    What’s included with registration?

    Registration includes access to sessions, keynotes, workshops, networking experiences, and meals during the event hours.


    Can I attend if I am unable to stay for the duration of the event?

    Yes. You are welcome to participate even if you are only able to attend part of the event. We understand that schedules may vary and that some attendees have prior commitments.

    Some sessions like Stanford AI Training do require you to attend both conference days.


    Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Yes, please email amanda.cook@levelpath.com and we’ll make the switch for you.


    What are the event hours each day?

    Will sessions be recorded?

    Select sessions will be recorded and shared. The best way to guarantee access to your most exciting session is to attend in-person.


    What should I wear?

    Business casual is perfect. Bring a layer, San Francisco weather can change quickly.


    Do you have a recommended hotel or room block?

    Our hotel block at The W San Francisco has been filled, but there are many other hotels nearby with availability.


    What airport should I fly into?

    Most attendees fly into SFO. OAK and SJC can also be convenient depending on your travel plans.


    What’s the best way to get around?

    San Francisco is rideshare-friendly (Uber, Lyft, Waymo), and public transit can be a great option. Map your route to LevelUp here.


    Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    Yes. You will be able to note dietary needs during registration.
